Bloom and Shine – Barrel-Aged Sangria Sour with Merlot, Berries, and Citrus

This beer was produced by taking a barrel aged sour that underwent its primary fermentation on top of merlot pomace and then sending it through yet another fermentation with heaps of blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and sweet orange zest for a bold sangria inspired profile before bottle-conditioning.
